A cell phone also has the function of displaying time but that&#8217;s secondary. What do you get when you combine the two of them, <strong>a gadget in the form of a watch with an extended function of a cell phone</strong>: in two words a <a
href="http://www.thewatchphones.com/articles/what-is-a-watch-phone-94/">watch phone</a>.</p><p>This is a growing trend, launched by various small Chinese companies, a trend that is now embraced by <a
href="http://www.thewatchphones.com/watch-phones/orange-is-the-first-to-offer-the-lg-gd910-watch-phone-111/">LG with the GD910</a>, a pretty stylish watch. I don&#8217;t know if I would buy now a watch phone, but <strong>this is surely a trend to watch</strong> as in the future people will need something smaller than current phones (I&#8217;m talking about the people who don&#8217;t need fancy phones).</p><p>If the first watch phones were not that great looking what LG has to offer si pretty nice and makes room for other to improve on design.
