I HATE QWERTY!!! I'm very frustrated... why aren't the cell phone makers listening?!

I totally agree with pellicle. i’ve been avoiding a qwerty for years and was recently forced to purchase a slide phone because it was one of the only phones on the market that still has a numeric keypad. the problem is that the predictive text is ‘un-trainable’. my old phone would give you choices, or you could add your own. with this phone, the only choice i have if it predicts the wrong word is to switch to abc and manually enter the word… very inefficient and time consuming. with my numeric keypad i could type as fast, in not faster, than most people using qwerty… even with my eyes closed. I can't stand the tiny buttons and make more mistakes. Another thing is that "predictive" text makes less sence on the QWERTY as compared to the numeric.

you know, the funny thing is that I can enter text faster on my T9 enabled numeric phone than on my E63 (similar to your E71).
