ASUS Eee PC 1101HA, bigger screen netbooks start hitting stores

I’ve told you a few days ago about the perfect netbook in my opinion. No, it didn’t appear yet, but ASUS is making good progress on this matter, the latest EEE PC netbook, from the SeaShell series (but as an oddity, with removable battery) being the 11.6 inch screen 1101HA. Of course, the biggest improvement is the screen, which now went from 10.1 to 11.6 inches and boasts a higher resolution: 1366 x 768 pixels, a nice upgrade to the HD world. You’ll see that the higher pixel count will increase your productivity, especially when browsing the Web and writing on your blog.

1101HA already appeared on BestBuy.com and NewEgg.com and probably soon will be available on Amazon as well (UPDATE: It’s available now on Amazon). Price is OK, at 429.99$ for the Black version. I’m curious about battery life, as the 1005HA was very good at 10.5 hours, but it had a smaller screen.
